Hello everyone. How are you all? I hope Christmas was fun and that there was much merriment with friends and family. And I also hope looking back on the year, it's been a good year. Looking back on this year just gone, I'm sure I can say that myself. I survived my A levels (with three solid As), got into a world class university in London and generally avoided making an arse of myself in the process. I haven't spent as much time doing art things as I would have liked, and for a while I've seriously considered consigning this profile to history.

So I got a new one instead. DeviantART has been my home online since I was thirteen (and it kind of shows). I'm embarrassed about my username, and the only thing keeping me here were my stats and things but they're just numbers.

I am now *CaffeineCommunique. No longer a beta tester (as much fun as it is trying to test the new things, there are much better betas here and most of my own efforts must be directed at my own software) but hopefully much more active for the new year.

But what would a new years journal be without a few resolutions.

1. Get more involved in deviantART (again)
   This is something like the third year in a row I've said this.


2. Do well on my degree
   Aiming for a first.


3. Finish what I start
   I've got two major projects on the go, and both will be completed!

Finally, this account wont be deactivated. I'll probably check it every now and then to make sure nothing untowards happens to it and that no-one's tried to contact me.
